Harrison's football team traveled to Westfield for their season opener last Friday. The Raiders trailed 14-28 after the first quater and 21-28 at the half. But the Raiders could not keep pace with Westfield in the second half and lost 28-55. Junior Omarion Dixon carried the ball 28 times and gained 169 yards with 1 touchdown. Sophomore Brock Robertson led the defense with 12 total tackles. Quinton Wood totalled 8 tackles and 2 tackles for loss.
