Raider Football Beats McCutcheon 42-14

The Raider football team traveled to McCutcheon in an NCC rivalry game.  In addition to the importance of a conference game, this game is also the Battle for the Sword, which is a longstanding traveling trophy tradition between the two schools.  The Raiders jumped out to a 28-7 half time lead and added a touchdown in the third quarter and one more in the fourth to make the final score 42-14!  Sophomore quarterback Tyler Knoy completed 9 of 13 passes for 160 yards and 2 TD's.  Marcel Atisson gained 115 yards on the ground on only 11 carries whild Omarion Dixon added 114 on 16 carries.  Jake Smith caught 7 passes for 91 yards and one TD.  Senior linebacker Quinton Wood had another outstanding game collecting 12 tackels.  Thomas Urban and Coy Brooke each added 8 tackles.
