The Raiders lost to McCutcheon by 17 points during the season, so this was a big improvement for the Raiders. The Raiders led 13-9 after the first quarter. A low scoring 2nd quarter helped McCutcheon tie the game at the half. A strong 3rd quarter helped the Raiders take the lead. After the third quarter, the Raiders were up 28-23. The final quarter was a nail-biter and McCutcheon had a shot at the end to win it, but the Raiders played tough defense and did not allow McCutcheon to get a clean shot off before time expired.
