Harrison Raiders Boys Volleyball team hosted the McCutcheon Mavericks in the first faceoff since last seasons sectionals and both teams came ready to compete. The Raiders took the first set with a score of 25-19. In the second set both teams battled back and forth going point for point but ultimately the Raiders would take the second set with a score of 25-23. In the third set the Raiders found themselves down early on due to communication and passing errors. They were able to regroup and ended up winning the third set 25-22 and sweeping the Mavericks in three sets to win the match.

Andrew Hostetler and Ludvig Tahvanainen both played well from the outside with Andrew having 11 kills and Ludvig with 14 kills. Isaac Vargas served well scoring 12 points with 3 aces. Conner Blevins led with 18 assists and Ian McKinney had 10 assists. Mario Brkaric had 4 kills from the middle and 3 blocks.
