The Lady Raiders decided that today was going to be the day to take down some JV teams, and they did just that. We started the morning off strong by going up against Logansport. We were able to show up and play to our level and get in and out for the first game of the day.

We started the second game out a little rocky. But eventually we were able to find our groove and come back in the second and third set. We fought hard against Mooresville and played our game with great confidence which led us to our second win of the day!

18-25 & 25-9 & 15-7

Knowing that this was going to be the toughest competition we have ever seen we went in with our heads held high. As a team they knew they had to focus and do everything they were taught to the best of their abilities and they did just that. Even though we lost to Cathedral we still ended the day with our heads held high and a better understanding of how well we can compete against really good teams!
